Fruity lower calorie flapjacks

These treats were delicious, lower calorie than some traditional flapjacks, but I found did come with one downfall - they have to be eaten more quickly than flapjacks made with just sugar and syrup as by the fourth day of trying to eat them they had gone stale/ off.



Ingredients
1 Banana
3 tbsp Golden Syrup (or honey to be healthier)
80g Caster Sugar
100g Lurpak Lightest Butter
300g Oats
100g Dried Apricots

Method
Melt the butter and sugar and then stir in the syrup.  Add the oats, ensuring they are coated in the mixture.  Mash the Banana and stir this into the mixture, add the apricots.

Cook for 20 mins at 200oC or until golden.
