Something for the weekend: National Paralympic Day 2013

For me, one of the real legacies of the London Olympics is the change in attitudes towards disabled people which came about as a result of the Paralympic Games (and frankly some fantastic coverage by Channel 4).



Now, one year on is the first National Paralympic Day. An opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to get involved and try sport.

Below are some links to events across the UK including the liberty festival in London. I for one cannot wait to get involved and keep the legacy alive.
