This light porridge recipe is great as a filling breakfast for the weekend and as a pudding as well.
1 tbsp caster sugar
250g Blueberries and Strawberries
Place the Blueberries, Strawberries and sugar in the water and blend to form a puree.
Boil the puree and whisk in the semolina.
Simmer for 20 minutes then serve.
